Please be advised that the annual, general meeting of Grief Support Services will be held on Thursday 23 November at 5:30pm at the rooms of Grief Support Services, 147 Chadwick Road, Greerton.
All are welcome to attend.
Members who have paid their current subscription ($10.00) may vote and may be nominated to the board and committees.
Membership is open to individuals and organisations. Those wanting to join must apply in writing with their full name, address, email address and phone number. Applications can be made to admin@griefsupport.org.nz.
Nominations must:
be made in writing on forms obtained from the secretary,
be signed by a proposer and a seconder, both of whom must be a member of Grief Support Services,
confirm the nominee agrees to be nominated,
reach the secretary at the registered office of Grief Support Services by noon the working day before the AGM.
